Exercise and Weight Loss

When you decide to start exercising to help the body use fat you must include weight lifting alongside the cardio. As we age our metabolism slows down. A great way to fight back is add more muscle tissue to our frames. Muscle is very metabolically active and the more we have the faster our metabolism will respond. The frequency, intensity, time, and type of weight lifting should support what your doing.
