A common concern I hear is “am I over training” ?

Odds are you are not over training. What is most likely happening is “fatiguing” . This is a different body response to repeated physical exertion. Fatigue happens when glycogen stores are depleted during exercise. Symptoms include shortness of breath, and muscle soreness. If you eat and sleep enough over training will not affect you. Over training would result in decreased performance over-all; excessive fatigue, loss of appetite, old injuries flaring up, feeling of nausea or even damage to the muscles themselves.
